North Point Realty
Nicole has been a Westbrook resident since 2006. She owns North Point Realty & North Point Appraisals, located in downtown Westbrook. She grew up in Scarborough and has a BA from the University of Southern Maine.
Nicole is passionate about playing a positive role in the community through business sponsorships, coaching sports teams, and serving on school PTOs. She also serves on the City of Westbrook Board of Assessment Review and the Discover Downtown Westbrook Economic Vitality Committee. She is excited to join forces with Discover Downtown Westbrook and be a part of its dynamic vision.
In her spare time, Nicole enjoys spending time with her husband, two kids, and French Bulldog, Ruby
