Tove Marie Rasmussen joined the DDW Board of Directors in 2026. Tove is passionate about economic development, in particular, growing companies to provide opportunities for the community around us. Tove founded Partners Creating Growth with this mission and is a dedicated, part-time CFO with multi-functional management experience at startups, small, and innovative divisions of Fortune 500 companies. She is also a Lecturer at the University of Southern Maine School of Business.
Tove joined the nationwide, nonpartisan Citizens’ Climate Lobby, organized a successful climate concert in 2024, became a Climate Ambassador, and launched the Climate Change Progress Report podcast.
Tove particularly enjoys traveling, cycling, and walking, just like her revered Jean-Jacques Rousseau. In winter, snowshoeing followed by a hot chocolate is a favorite.
